We have been providing family fun with our inflatables since 2005 and take great pride in the training and supervision we provide to our staff. We always place safety first so you and your guests can have fun and enjoy our products!

As parents, we understand your needs and concerns. That's why we only offer the safest products we can find. All of our Jumps have several safety features to ensure a safe, fun event.

Policy
Big Mama's Inflatables, LLC reserves the right to refuse to complete any event that has the potential to cause damage to its equipment. Delivery fees may apply to some areas.

Cancellations/Refunds
Refunds will be given only if cancellation is received 7 days prior to the event or weather conditions are unacceptable. Big Mama's Inflatables, LLC will not set up equiment in rain, high wind, or muddy conditions. In the event of the possibility of bad weather, you will be given the option to cancel 2 hours prior to the event and receive a refund of your payment. If you choose to have us come out and we are unable to set up due to weather conditions, There will be a $25 cancellation fee. Once set up, the full amount of the rental is non-refundable even if the event is cut short due to bad weather.

Inspection upon pickup
When the rental period is over and is ready for pickup, the blower should be in operation and the jumper unit should be fully inflated. If the unit is turned off and the jumper is deflated upon arrival of the pickup crew, there will be a $50 charge. The unit will be inspected for damage and cleanliness.
